Forgive me, I know I’ve been MIA. The last few weeks have had me by a chokehold, with the grey London weather and my 9-5. It got to me. But, I’ve been reflecting, and not writing for STACK & STONE has felt like a bigger loss, jewellery is what makes me most happy. I love scrolling endlessly on Instagram and Pinterest. I love finding new designers and new trends. So today we’re talking all things 2026 and what the hell is ‘in’. I did a post on my Instagram a while back about this but I have more to say!
I want to start with brooches – a big yes from me. I’m not talking your standard nanna brooch on a cardigan. I’m talking brooches being used in a completely new creative direction. Brooches being used to accessorise your jeans, tailor aspects of shirts, blazers or jumpers as well as using them to accessorise and secure neck scarves. The other day I was heading out and I had a plain white button up shirt, it looked sad and frumpy, but I added earrings, yes earrings as a stand-in brooch to create more structure at the back and oh my. If you don’t have brooches and don’t want to spend money, use a statement earring in place of it and you’re done.

Now stay with me on this next one – statement ear cuffs. I’m not talking a cute, dainty cuff next to your stack. I’m talking star of the show ear cuffs that do all the talking. This might not be up every one’s alley but I’m definitely here for it. This elevated take on jewellery brings an element of edge whilst tipping the hat to chic style. There are a few brands I’ve found that have executed this well, so I’ve done the searching, you just have to do the buying now. This isn’t a trend I’m seeing everyone talking about it but it’s going to pop off and you want to be that girl who’s rocking it before the entire population is wearing exactly the same thing. Some of my favourite brands to check out are: Wolf & Badger, Faris Jewelry, Otiumberg, F + H Studios, Mejuri, Etsy (do not sleep on searching ‘statement ear cuffs’ on here!)

Now brooches and statement ear cuffs might not be your thing, but my next “trend” could be the one for you. I’ve spoken about mix metals before on my previous blog and how I was very hesitant at first. However I have to say a mix metal ring stack, is truly a force to be reckoned with. There’s something so unexpected and chaotic about it whilst also being incredibly chic and well curated (if that stack isn’t too intense). Long gone are the days where you could only wear silver or gold, everyone’s mixing everything and as long as you wear it with confidence and obviously don’t over do it, you’ve hit the spot!

Trends aren’t for everyone and that’s what makes fashion so unique and individual. I wouldn’t even call these “trends”, these are just what the girls are wearing in 2026 to elevate their outfits in ways that put you ahead of the flock. Keep an eye out on my Instagram and newest posts on STACK & STONE for more insights and finds.
See you next week.
